our candyland !

ystd marks the day of nus rag 2010. it marks the day where we showcased our

more-than-fantastic-and-full-of-love float and also our high-spirited and heartwarming dance to the school.

it marks the day where we gave our 200% to all our instructors,floaters,seniors,supporters and ourselves, letting no one down. it also marks the day where all raggers;our heart beat as one.

 It is the day when at the end of our performance, when i turned arnd and saw the whole view of our floats-the cakes,ice cream cones,choc donut & gumballs dispenser on the main lorry,the candycanes,the papa mama and baby gumdrop mountains, the merry-go-round and the dance formation and everyone's retarded smiley face, i feel a whole rush of emotions within me my tears just flowed out uncontrollably.

All the early morning-late night dance practices and cladding of floats have come to an end. All the effort, hardwork, sweat and blood put in by all raggers have transformed into this moment, this final moment tht is so intangible yet soso valuable. For everything tht ive gained thru this journey, be it friendship love joy or the whole rag experience, i wna thank our SDE family for it. (: 

to the year 3 seniors-yuqian garvin hock shihao raj ronald and many more-whom i see almost everyday w/o fail at the sde foyer, thankyou for coming back once again to do the float, to share all your experiences and for teaching us 'rag values' hehee. xie xie ni men! :D

to the year 2 seniors-david yingmin weiting tingying elless pengchong george james kailing amy sherlin kaixin weixuan rebecca lijie jax zinc mervy and more, thankyou for everything youve done for the float, the costumes, the dance and our welfare(honey water! :D ) big hugs! :D

to our own floaters, thankyou for coming down to help out w the float, thankyou for consistently building the float despite being under-appreciated sometimes. love yall deep deep! :D
