hello. im sick ):

went for stats tut and lecture this morning cos i thought i felt better after a night's rest but i was sneezing all the way during tutorial and during stats lecture i cld barely open my eyes..sneeze and sneeze. cough and cough. im surprised the person beside me didnt move a few seats away haha. im so srry i cldnt help it! xp

i slept thru the lecture and then head to the university health centre (UHC) after to see the docs. scary shit. the docs said i had chronically enlarged tonsils (wtfabcdefg?!) i was thinking wth is tht is it serious?! the doc explained its some inflammation in the throat and presribed me w many many medicines. so many i tell you. the most ive ever gotten for a flu-cough syndrome. i have antibiotics (huge like big fat bees?),   2 flu medicines (one night one morning) and 2 cough medicines which ive to mix before drinking them. weird right, nvr had i gta concoct my own medicine lol. but i supposed they can help me get better? soon i hope! IFG is round the corner and i wna playyyyyyy. *prays hard* flu pls go away pretty plsssss~

  

i think my throat is getting worst cos its damn itchy and dry nw, yknow tht kind? hmm maybe cos i still went to play handball today :x rah no choice cos im the captain and i shld/have to be there right. it was fun tho :D

but. the girls team are short of ppl! so anyone out there who's interested pls comeee and join us. we.dont.bite. hehe. 

ugh okay i think the medicines are taking effect alrdy. gna go sleep, nights and rest well ppl ! ((:

monday blues and boos

OK laugh at me. im in the com lab nw surfing cos i just found out my biz tutorial today is cancelled :/

sab and i looked all arnd school, searched high and low(literally) for SR15 only to find it in a little corner on lvl 2. but. there is not even a single soul in the seminar room tho we were alrdy late. perplexed, we went to look for the prof but cant find him anywhere, went to the office but nope, they had no idea too. we then head back to the seminar room again and this time, theres 2 ppl seated inside. haha they are just like us, clueless too. we sat down tgt and waited. till like 1/2 an hr ltr theres still no prof, no news, no one came in. finally we searched ivle for fellow classmates details and found out tht todays tutorial is cancelled.

just great hahahah.  

damn joke, it seems like almost the whole class knew except us hahahah. and i just found out tht it was told in lecture when we were out for toilet break. nice.

and im down w fluuuuu today urgh. its so bad my whole face is red and my nose is dropping out alrdy :S  

i need a dose of med, a short nap and some of you.

its 1.23am nw. i just bathed, gna wait for my hair to dry before turning in. no classes tomrw yay i can slp in wheee happy :D ill be meeting my brother in the noon to go JB. gna shop for stuff for hall for school and all, hopefully itll be dirt cheap cos i need ALOT of stuff!

IBG has started and block A is Awesome hehe :D we won all matches-girls&boys in handball and won one game and lost one for vball girls, idk abt the boys yet didnt stay to watch. friday's gna be the netball match and im the captain sooo yea block A fighting! ((:
talked to kimchi on the phone just nw for > an hr. we talked abt so much stuff, school..boys..girls..and every shite haha. yah lah i knw i slp v late nowadays but im not turning into a bad girl staying in hall ok. tsk! but thanks for entertaining me luh hehe. tho there are so many activities gg on in hall i still feel quite bored/lifeless sometimes.. maybe cos im not v close to them yet or maybe cos....(shrugs) :/

friday the 13th

hello. its friday the thirteenth today. ive nvr rlly thought much of this day 2 yrs back but ever since, its been a significant day for me. it grabs my attention and tugs at my inner self whenev i see it coming on the calendar. someone told me tht the feeling will nvr subside, the emptiness can nvr be filled but gradually itll all become a treasured memory, a part of yourself youve to live w. im living w it. its becoming a habit i guess..all the misses and tears-i wldnt want to live w/o.     

hello nus goodbye home

odays the third day of uni and its gg on fine for me im enjoying it [: 

maybe cos psychologically im still in the rag mood, it doesnt rlly feel like school at all haha.

i fell asleep in my first lecture, talked & laughed thru my second and stoned & doodle thru my third. lol.

well,i guess it takes time to tune back to the student mode, esp after 8 mths of holiday!

gosh, time rlly flies like boomz and im placed in a whole new environment having to adapt and live.

ive been in school for the past 1 mth i shldnt feel out of place/lost in school,

but those days were spent in sde, spent w the ppl im familiar and comfortable w, we do the same things we go everywhere tgt. however, nw tht we all have our own timetables; im met w different ppl at different places; the occassional walks ive to take alone from eusoff hall to school; it feels so foreign and surreal. im so not used to it (yet). hmm but i knw itll soon be okay given tht there are so many activities coming up- IBG, IHG, IFG, SDE-ARTS BASH...etc.. uni better rock my socks!

im gna go change and prepare for the EH pageant ltr on. its gna be @ Butter Fact,

havent been there before hope its cool. kay ciao!     

P/S i feel the strain in my arm again after ystd's sports try-outs shitezxss

our candyland !

ystd marks the day of nus rag 2010. it marks the day where we showcased our

more-than-fantastic-and-full-of-love float and also our high-spirited and heartwarming dance to the school.

it marks the day where we gave our 200% to all our instructors,floaters,seniors,supporters and ourselves, letting no one down. it also marks the day where all raggers;our heart beat as one.

 It is the day when at the end of our performance, when i turned arnd and saw the whole view of our floats-the cakes,ice cream cones,choc donut & gumballs dispenser on the main lorry,the candycanes,the papa mama and baby gumdrop mountains, the merry-go-round and the dance formation and everyone's retarded smiley face, i feel a whole rush of emotions within me my tears just flowed out uncontrollably.

All the early morning-late night dance practices and cladding of floats have come to an end. All the effort, hardwork, sweat and blood put in by all raggers have transformed into this moment, this final moment tht is so intangible yet soso valuable. For everything tht ive gained thru this journey, be it friendship love joy or the whole rag experience, i wna thank our SDE family for it. (: 

to the year 3 seniors-yuqian garvin hock shihao raj ronald and many more-whom i see almost everyday w/o fail at the sde foyer, thankyou for coming back once again to do the float, to share all your experiences and for teaching us 'rag values' hehee. xie xie ni men! :D

to the year 2 seniors-david yingmin weiting tingying elless pengchong george james kailing amy sherlin kaixin weixuan rebecca lijie jax zinc mervy and more, thankyou for everything youve done for the float, the costumes, the dance and our welfare(honey water! :D ) big hugs! :D

to our own floaters, thankyou for coming down to help out w the float, thankyou for consistently building the float despite being under-appreciated sometimes. love yall deep deep! :D
